Case No.9 of 2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra, with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal under the appropriate provision in view of the order dated 27.10.2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No.25276 of 2016.

Permission is accorded.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
