Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4308 of 2021(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/3 to withdraw the application of petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 8, since during the pendency of this application, they have been arrested. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application of petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 8 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 2, 4 to 7 and 9 to 13 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and grudge. Further he contended that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 2, 4 to 7 and 9 to 13 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
