JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.07.2015 in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about nine cases but in the present case, it appears that except confessional statement of petitioner, there is nothing against him. The investigation of this case has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 207 of 2015, G.R.No. 1187 of 2015.
