Taking into consideration the nature of the offence as well as allegation levelled against the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that trial of the petitioner is in full swing, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 1116/2013 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case no. 338/2013 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge II, Purnea stands rejected.
