2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/341/324/379/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has assaulted the victim and caused injury by the butt of the pistol. He is in jail since 22.04.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50083 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Chapra Muffasil on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
