One country made Katta and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, the aforesaid recovery was made in absence of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2015 and except the present case as well as Akilpur P.S. case No. 20/ 2015, which was lodged on the alleged date of occurrence itself, there is no other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shyamal Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur, Patna in Akilpur P.S. case No.21/2015.
