2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16451 of 2021 dt.05-01-2022 2/3 In the instant petitioner, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For quashing of order/result dated- 19.08.2021 whereby and where under the respondent Bihar Staff Selection Commission has not declared/shown the petitioners as successful candidates or deliberately declared them unsuccessful candidates without any rhyme and reasons.

(ii) For commanding the respondents particularly Bihar Staff Selection Commission to prepare fresh merit list for interview in accordance with law. (iii) For commanding the respondents not to act upon the results declared by Bihar Staff Selection Commission any further till disposal of this present case (iv) And / Or any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. For non-joinder of necessary and proper parties the present petition is not maintainable, since petitioners have questioned the validity of the result dated 19.08.2021 without impleading such of those persons, roll numbers mentioned.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition while
