2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 948C of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the petitioner is the husband of the complainant. He is said to have torturing his wife for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 948C of 2023.
