Petitioner is in custody in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that total 23.480 liters of liquor was seized from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
