The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the tender notice dated 04.07.2012 published in Dainik Jagran as well as any work order if issued in pursuance to the said notice by the District Health Committee, Bhagalpur for execution of various works in different Hospitals in the district of Bhagalpur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the relevant agreement contemplated a period of three years for completion of the work in terms of Office Order No. 1058 dated 31.08.2012 (Annexure-5), which has already elapsed.

4. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.14390 of 2012 dt.11-08-2016 petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relied can be granted at this belated stage.

5. The application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
