Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 411 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that five persons were apprehended by the police. It is further alleged that search was made and from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one purse was recovered, which contained a small silver box, one silver coin and one Samsung mobile.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41569 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.56 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
