The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498(A) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also taking away her ornaments and cloths. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of informant and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2355 of 2017 (2) dt.09-02-2017 they have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
