This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail dated 15.02.2018 passed by the learned Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act)- cum-Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna, in Agamkuan Police Station Case No.61 of 2018 registered under Sections 147/148/149/307/354/427/323/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(i) (r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
