The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections -25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, one country made pistol and one misfired cartridge is said to have been recovered in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-02-2019. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. One country made pistol and one misfired cartridge is recovered. It has further been submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of six months in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019.
