2. Cause of action accrued to the Appellants on

Patna High Court L.P.A No.536 of 2021 dt.03-04-2025 2/2 24.10.2018 in the light of order of the learned Single Judge dated 25.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 25308 of 2013, whereas L.P.A. has been presented on 08.09.2021. Even if, the Covid-19 period from 20.03.2020 to 08.09.2021 is condoned still the Appellants were required to explain with sufficient reasoning to condone the delay from 24.10.2018 to 19.03.2020. In the absence of sufficient reasoning to condone the aforementioned period, Appellants have not made out a case so as to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2021 stands dismissed. Resultantly, L.P.A. No. 536 of 2021 stands dismissed.

4. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.
