The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 455, 195, 504, 506 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are said to have threatened the informant to not give evidence in the murder case and to withdraw the case, otherwise she will have to face dire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48612 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 this case due to ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has two criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 14.05.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No.148/2021.
