The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery of country made liquor has been recovered from the Santro Car and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII -cum- Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019.
