The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of Uncle and cousin with whom family dispute is going on since long. There is allegation of dashing by the driver of the vehicle, however there is no injury. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3812 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case no. 99 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
