Petitioner is not named and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was made accused in Siwan (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2015 and after that he was remanded in some cases which had been lodged against unknown persons and as a matter of fact except confessional statement of petitioner there is nothing against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions on behalf of parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in
