Petitioner seeks bail in Parwalpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that case of similarly situated co-accused has been rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46713 of 2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of this petitioner has come during investigation.
