P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 1.12.2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in Naugachia P.S. case no. 124/14 corresponding to G.R. No. 858 of 2014 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Section 406 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case charge has already been framed. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
