Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patahi P.S. Case No.04 of 2020 registered under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is a case and counter case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3236 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on personal bonds to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VIII, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.04 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.106 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
