The petitioner seek bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

The victim girl herself has made statement before the police that petitioner and her husband have pored Kerosene oil on her body and lit fire. When she was injured very badly whereupon her mother-in-law (petitioner) and her husband have brought her to the Hospital for treatment and after that they fled away.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7622 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
