This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 447 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Sailesh Yadav and Manoj Yadav, allegedly caused injury at the stomach of the informant's wife, as a result whereof she died after one week of the occurrence.

After the investigation the petitioners were not sent-up for trial. However, cognizance has been taken against the petitioners also.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners were

Case No. 242 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Ramayan Ram, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
