In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.105 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have committed robbery and during investigation stolen mobile alleged to have been found from the possession of one Aadhesh Kumar Singh, who has divulged the name of the petitioners to be involved in this case.

The petitioner No.1 is in jail since 29.03.2015, let the petitioner No.1-Sandip Kumar Singh be released on bail on 1st

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6229 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 April, 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kshunjganj, District-Madhepura, in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.105 of 2014.
