There is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other FIR named accused that they assaulted the informant and pressed his neck with an intent to commit his murder.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that other coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by the court below itself but the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the court below taking note of his criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.8.2013 in connection with present case but up till now, his trial could not be concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
