This application for regular bail arises out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 223 of 2020, disclosing the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail was rejected by an order of this Court dated 05.02.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33201 of 2020.

In view of the facts noticed in the order dated 05.02.2021, whereby the petitioner prayer for grant of regular bail was rejected, in my opinion, no case is made out for reconsidering the petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail at this stage.

This application is accordingly rejected.
