The writ petition has been filed with a simple prayer that since after departmental proceeding, Rs. 5 lakhs have already been adjusted from his retiral dues, the amount that was earlier deposited by him on 13.05.2015 be returned. The writ petition was filed in 2019. There is no counter affidavit on behalf of the State.

The petitioner submits that he will be contended if his fresh representation is considered and an appropriate order is passed on the documents he will made available to them so that at the

In view of the fair submission put forward by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if a fresh representation alongwith supporting documents is/are filed within four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 3 (the District Magistrate, Patna) shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order within next six weeks.

The Block Development Officer, Dulhin Bazar, Patna (Respondent No. 7) is duty bound to appear with all the connecting documents before the District Magistrate, Patna (Respondent No. 3) so that a decision can be taken in the matter within the aforesaid period.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
