The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. case No. 31 of 2016 instituted under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioners are the Father-in-law and Mother-in-law and it is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against them. Even as per allegation the marriage was solemnized 8 years back. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sheo Kumar Ram and Chandmati Devi in the event of arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5727 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. case No. 31 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
