The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Bihar PS case no. 515 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties with respect to exchange of notes and in this case, so far allegation of assault is concerned, it is against one Tunni Lal. It is further submitted that the injuries found on the person of informant and others are simple in nature (injury reports are annexed as Annexure-3 series).

Having heard both sides. It appears that case and counter case is going on between the parties and injuries found on the persons of informant and others are simple in nature. As such, the bail application of petitioner is allowed and he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharifin connection with Bihar P.S. case no. 515 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will cooperate in the investigation of the case.
