2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that almost all the retiral dues admissible to the petitioner have been paid to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel submits that some dues are still

Considering that the substantial amount has been paid but the petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of the admissible dues, he may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority, who must ensure to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
