Considering the fact that compassionate appointment was offered to younger brother of the petitioner, there is no point to proceed any further in the instant case. However, liberty shall be available to the dependent if the appointee neglects to maintain the dependent of the deceased employee to approach before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
