SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-05-2015 In the light of the order of the High Court petitioner has been granted licence for rifle. His request for grant of licence for pistol has not been considered so far, may be because the authorities want to satisfy themselves about the bona fide of the petitioner that he shall not misuse the licence granted for rifle.

In the circumstances, no contempt is made out for the present. Contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
