JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is alleged that one Lala Kumar and two others were caught just after the alleged occurrence and co-accused Lala Kumar disclosed the name of his associates including the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that aforesaid co-accused Lala Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of the above stated submission as well as facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8432 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatty ( Gaya) in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 50 of 2014.
