JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are languishing in jail since 08/09.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22 and 25 of the NDPS Act. From the house of each petitioners, one green plant of ganja was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure has been made mechanically. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of recovery, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger in
