JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Siwam Town P.S. Case No. 667 of 2016 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and have been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegation of demand of motorcycle is against the husband who is already in custody and relation of the deceased, with her in-laws, was good and there was no grievance against them. In fact the deceased has committed suicide.
