ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the State Election Commission.

A counter affidavit has been filed today in which it is submitted by learned counsel for the State that bills of the petitioner have already been paid and, therefore, the matter may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that though payments have been made, there are certain parts of the bills submitted by the petitioner which still remained unpaid. He, however, submits that the matter be disposed of with liberty to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18578 of 2013 (2) dt.28-03-2017 P2/2 pursue his further claims in accordance with the law before the concerned authorities.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, the present case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his representation with regard to other claims which may be due to the petitioner.
