2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Tender Notice published in daily newspaper dated 21.06.2014 issued under the signature of Nagar Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Sasaram.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10493 of 2014 dt.12-12-2018 2/2 agreement of the petitioner was upto the year 2015, which has already elapsed and hence the writ petition has clearly become infructuous by efflux of time.

4.Having regard to the stand of the respondents, the writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
