Let in the cause title of the order dated 04.04.2017 passed by this Court whereby the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from that date, was directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri H.N. Tiwary, Special Judge, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.82 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., the name of the District be read as "Buxar" in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2374 of 2017 (4) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 place of "Gopalganj".

The order dated 04.04.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The date of surrender of the petitioner, above named, in connection with the aforesaid case, is further extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
