JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 21-04-2015 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the State that the order of detention of the petitioner passed by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi on 11.3.2014 for a period of 12 months has spent its force after 10.3.2015 due to the passage of time and the writ application has, therefore, become infructuous. We are in agreement with the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the State.
The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
