Mr. R K Giri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University, submits that the University is duty bound to comply with the said order in future also.

In view of the above submission, this application

Patna High Court MJC No.953 of 2015 (6) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 stands disposed of.

This will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the authorities raising any claim for payment of salary/arrears of salary on higher scale.
