JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation that petitioner and co-accused, Subh Narayan Ram took the deceased from his house and subsequently, the informant came to know that a dead body was found in Jalalpur Police Station and one U.D. case no. 04 of 2010 had been registered in Jalalpur Police Station. The informant came to know about the recovery of dead body of his son on 30.09.2010 and after that went to the Jalalpur Police Station and identified the clothes of his son but he lodged the present case on 22.01.2011. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Subh Narayan Ram has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
