JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 The petitioner is claiming his title over the land, described in paragraph 5 of the writ application, situate at Mauza Dujra Chak in the district of Patna, on the basis of a hukumnama issued in his favour by the ex-landlord in favour of petitioner's father in 1918. It is the petitioner's case that the said land is being unlawfully utilized by the Patna Municipal Corporation by raising temporary boundary wall over the said land.

The petitioner's claim of title cannot be gone into in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/Court for the purpose of
