2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in K. Asthan P.S. Case No 106/24, for offence under Sections 363, 366, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleged that on 28.04.2024, his wife along with his two minor children were kidnapped from the village. The informant raised suspicion against petitioner other 3-4 unknown persons that they might kill or sell his wife and children.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and has specifically stated that she was abducted by this petitioner and thereafter, was subjected to sexual assault by him (petitioner).
