2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Inian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he fired upon the informant with the intention to kill him.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of firing against this petitioner, rather there is general and omnibus allegation of firing against this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation that this
