The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mehsi P.S.Case No. 11 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his case transpired in the course of investigation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, this application is disposed of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26843 of 2018 (3) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 with direction to the petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail and the same will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
