The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.230 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the father of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus.

Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the

No.54797 of 2021(4) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that though the allegations are general and omnibus, but the postmortem report shows that there are several injuries on the body of the deceased and there is allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner that they assaulted the father of the informant. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
