The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Motilal Paswan and, after that, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner roaming near the place of occurrence, prior to the alleged occurrence. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
