Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34, 120B, 304B of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is husband who is accused of having caused death of his wife by gunshot injury. During the course of investigation, the fact of gunshot injury on the victim has been corroborated.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019.
