2 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction for her appointment as Angan Bari Sevika at Angan Bari Kendra, Bangri under Gram Panchayat Raj, Mahmadpur, Block - Marwan, District - Muzaffarpur. Claim of the petitioner is based on the result of the process for selection undertaken in the year, 2007.

3 Annexure 9 of the writ petition is an order dated 29.08.2011 passed by this Court in CWJC No 965 of 2010.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3565 of 2014 dt.11-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was intervener in the said writ proceedings. The said writ proceedings were disposed of with certain observations which is being reproduced herein below:

"If appointments have not been made in pursuance of the impugned order and the respondents proposes to make appointment in which the petitioner and the intervenor both apply along with others, they are both required to be considered on their own merits in accordance with law.

The writ application stands disposed."

4 In view of such observations of this Court in the earlier writ proceedings to which the petitioner was party, petitioner, today, cannot contend that her claim for selection as Angan Bari Sevika should be considered having regard to the result of the selection process undertaken prior to the said order in the year, 2007.

5 Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
